
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”,
“Customer”) and WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED", “We”, “Our”, “Us”) regarding the use of our
digital services including Mobile Recharge, Utility Bill Payments, AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System),
M-ATM (Micro ATM), and Insurance Facilitation Services.By registering with or using our services in any
capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below.
1) Definitions:
Mobile Recharge: Digital top-up of prepaid mobile numbers or payment of postpaid bills.
Utility Bill Payments: Digital payment for services like electricity, water, gas, DTH, broadband, etc.
AEPS: Banking services facilitated using Aadhaar-based biometric authentication.
M-ATM: Micro ATM-based banking service offering cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, etc.
Insurance Services: Facilitation of insurance purchase via partner insurance companies.
2)General Terms:
Services are provided subject to availability, system uptime, and third-party service providers’ performance.
The user agrees to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at all stages.
Use of services must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws.
3)Mobile Recharge & Utility Bill Payments:
Once a recharge or utility bill payment is processed, it is non-refundable and non-reversible.
Transactions are processed via third-party telecom and utility providers, and we do not control their speed or
reliability.
We are not liable for failed or incorrect transactions caused due to:
Incorrect mobile number or consumer ID entered by the user.
Downtime or delay at the provider’s end.
Insufficient balance in the user's wallet or account.
4) AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System):
AEPS allows banking transactions like balance inquiry, cash withdrawal, and mini-statement using Aadhaar
number and biometric authentication.
Users must authorize transactions using biometric validation (fingerprint or iris).
The user is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Aadhaar number and consent for
authentication.
All AEPS transactions are final once authorized and cannot be reversed.
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for:
Transaction failure due to biometric mismatch or Aadhaar database errors.
Fund reversal delays by banks.
Incorrect Aadhaar linking or inactive bank accounts.
5) M-ATM (Micro ATM) Services
M-ATM enables physical cash withdrawal and balance check using a debit card or Aadhaar via PoS/mPOS devices.
All transactions are authenticated via PIN or biometric and processed through the bank’s secure gateway.
User must ensure their bank account is active and has sufficient balance.
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for:
Cash not received due to hardware/device failure.
Service outages or downtime in banking networks.
Transactions declined by the bank.
6) Insurance Services:
Insurance products are offered as a facilitator or agent for registered insurance companies.
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not an underwriter of insurance policies and does not make decisions regarding
claims, coverage, or policy approval.
Customers are responsible for:
Reading and understanding policy terms and conditions before purchase.
Providing accurate personal and health-related information.
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for:
Rejected claims due to incorrect disclosures.
Any discrepancy between expected and actual policy benefits.
Delays or issues arising directly from insurance partners.
7) Service Charges & Fees:
Some services may include a nominal processing or convenience fee, which will be clearly communicated before
confirmation.
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to revise charges at any time without prior notice.
No claim shall be entertained for fee refunds once a service is successfully rendered.
8) Refunds and Reversals
Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions where the amount has been debited but service not
delivered.
Refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original mode of payment within a stipulated timeframe (usually
7-10 working days).
Refund claims must be supported with valid transaction reference numbers and user ID.
9) User Obligations
The user must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and PINs.
Any misuse of the service, suspicious activity, or fraud will lead to immediate suspension of services.
Users shall not use the platform for illegal transactions or money laundering purposes.
10) Limitation of Liability
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising out of:
Service interruption.
Unauthorized access to user data.
Delays or errors caused by telecom operators, utility companies, banks, or insurance partners.
In no event shall WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED’s liability exceed the value of the transaction in dispute
11) Data Privacy:
All personal and transactional data is handled in compliance with data protection laws.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required to provide the services or by law.
Biometric and Aadhaar details used for AEPS are encrypted and securely transmitted as per NPCI guidelines.
12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Peera Garhi, New Delhi,.
13) Amendments:
WTS NET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend, update or change these Terms at any time without prior
notice.
It is the responsibility of the user to review the Terms periodically.
